AI for HR @ Lennar
I lead AI for HR at Lennar, one of America's largest homebuilders. I build the strategy, the prototypes, and the production apps. Before Lennar, I advised Fortune 500 clients at BCG and Deloitte on strategy, digital transformation, and operational turnarounds.
I left consulting because I wanted to build, not advise. The same structured thinking I developed at BCG and Deloitte now underpins how I design AI systems, decompose business processes into automatable primitives, and ship products that people use every day.
I partner with senior leadership on the AI roadmap and I prototype the ideas myself. I believe the best product leaders understand what they're building at a technical level. I do.
How I Think
AI is a new branch of the technology tree.
Most organizations are bolting AI onto existing processes instead of asking: if this technology existed from the start, how would we design this from scratch? Think native to the shift.
Depth is the new leverage.
You can't make good decisions about what to automate from 30,000 feet. You have to know how the system actually works -- at the task level, at the code level -- before you can redesign it. Go deep before going wide.
Speed to iteration, not speed to done.
AI makes production nearly free. The temptation is to move on to the next thing. The right move is to run the process again -- challenge the framing, test a different structure, refine.
